The Grade School Department aims to prepare the learners for the secondary level by developing them to become integrated persons living the Christian faith and acquiring the necessary skills using current educational strategies following the Preventive System of St. John Bosco.

1. Inculcate spiritual and civic values that develop young citizen's love of God, country and fellowmen;
2. Make them fully aware of their rights, duties and responsibilities at home, in school, in the Church and in the community where they belong;
3. Recognize and appreciate who they are and what they can do together as a Bosconian community and how they can become servant-leaders in society;
4. Expose them to different kinds of people, situations and events that may shape the way they think, feel and do things according to the teachings of Don Bosco;
5. Develop good thinking and communication skills that make them function effectively as persons;
6. Acquire basic knowledge, attitudes, habits and skills in every subject area which they can use in facing various life situations in this complex and highly technical society.
